Please read these Terms of Usage (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") carefully before using the AI-PriceCheck mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). The App is operated by Do Eeoott Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("You" or "User"), and the Company concerning your access to and use of the App.
Section 1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Section 2. Description of Service
AI-PriceCheck provides AI-based price estimation and resale intelligence services. Users can scan products by taking photos, uploading images, or entering text, and the App provides estimated market prices, marketplace listings, inventory status, and resale spreads. The App also offers AI-based category-specific marketplace pack subscriptions (department stores, fashion, secondhand, books, cars etc.).
Section 3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Section 4. User Accounts and Device Identification
4.1 Your account is identified by a uniquely generated Device ID, and no separate registration is required.
4.2 You are responsible for all activities and subscription management occurring through your device.
Section 5. Subscription Plans and Payments
5.1 Free Plan: Includes up to 5 scans per day and displays advertisements. Additional scans can be earned by watching rewarded ads.
5.2 Premium Plans (Standard, Pro Seller): Offer advanced features such as increased scan limits, ad-free experience, AI appraisal and negotiation assistants, and price history tracking.
5.3 Business Plans (For Global Resellers: Business, Business Pro):
Business Plan: Provides real-time market data for your home country plus one (1) additional country of your choice.
Business Pro Plan: Provides data for your home country plus two (2) additional countries, including global price comparison tools.
Additional Country Add-ons: Users may purchase access to additional countries via one-time payments. Access remains valid during the active subscription period.
5.4 Marketplace Packs: Premium users may subscribe to additional marketplace packs for specific categories (department stores, fashion, secondhand, books, etc.).
5.5 Auto Pack: Premium users may subscribe to the Auto Pack, which includes AI vehicle scanning, used car price analysis, and parts price comparison.
5.6 Payments and Refunds: All payments, cancellations, and refunds are processed through the Google Play Store in accordance with its policies. The Company holds no legal responsibility for refunds rejected by the app market (Google Play).
Section 6. User Obligations
Users agree not to:
Reverse engineer the App or attempt to bypass usage limits (e.g., scan limits).
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to collect data or overburden the App's servers.
Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Section 7. Intellectual Property and Licensing
7.1 All original content and price analysis logic within the App are the exclusive property of the Company.
7.2 You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By using the App, you grant the Company a limited license to process those photos solely for the purpose of providing price analysis.
Section 8. AI-Generated Content and Global Data Disclaimer
8.1 Price estimations and product identifications are performed by AI and may differ from actual transaction prices.
8.2 International Price Data: Foreign market data includes estimated exchange rates and duties. Users are responsible for verifying final costs for actual imports/exports.
8.3 Users should not rely solely on the App's data for buying or selling decisions; all transaction outcomes are the sole responsibility of the user.
Section 9. Data Retention and Deletion
9.1 Users may permanently delete or export all their data at any time via in-app features.
9.2 When using 'Secret Mode', images are immediately destroyed from the server after analysis.
9.3 Inactive Account Policy: If a user does not use the App for 12 consecutive months, all data associated with the account will be automatically and permanently deleted without separate notice. Users with active paid subscriptions are exempt from this policy. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to this data retention policy.
Section 10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
10.1 The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy of price information or uninterrupted service.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages or loss of profits arising from the use of the App.
10.3 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Section 11. Termination and Amendments
11.1 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
11.2 The Company may modify these Terms at any time. However, in the event of material changes or changes disadvantageous to the user, the Company will provide prior notice via in-app announcements or push notifications at least 7 days (or 30 days for material changes) before the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Section 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
12.2 Any lawsuits concerning disputes arising between the Company and the user shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court (Seoul Central District Court) located at the Company's principal place of business.
