Do Eeoott Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") operates the AI-PriceCheck mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the Company collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Device Information: The Company collects a unique device identifier (Device ID) to manage accounts, enforce usage limits, and provide services. This identifier is automatically generated upon the first use of the App.
1.2 Photos and Images: When you use the scan feature, images captured via your camera or selected from your gallery are transmitted to our servers for AI-based price analysis.
1.3 Usage Data: With your consent, we may collect analytical data regarding how you use the App, including features accessed, scan frequency, and interaction patterns.
1.4 Payment Information: Subscriptions to paid plans are processed through Google Play. The Company does not directly collect or store your payment card information.
1.5 Location and Connection Data: To assign the nearest server region and provide region-specific market data, we may collect approximate location information based on your IP address.
2. How We Use Your Information
2.1 AI-Based Price Analysis: Your photos are transmitted to Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers and forwarded to OpenAI for product identification. This data is processed solely for analysis and is strictly NOT used to train AI models.
2.2 Service Provision: We use your Device ID and scan data to provide price estimates, portfolio management, price history tracking, and to enforce plan limits.
2.3 Advertising and Marketing: The free version displays ads via Google AdMob. With your consent, we use Firebase (FCM) to send push notifications for price alerts and marketing.
2.4 Analytics and Improvement: Analytical data is used to improve App performance, fix bugs, and enhance features.
3. International Data Transfer and Storage
To provide low-latency services globally, the Company stores and processes data in the AWS region nearest to your access location. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your data to countries where these data centers are located (including but not limited to the U.S., South Korea, Japan, the EU, and other countries with AWS regions).

Purpose: Cloud hosting, data storage, and AI-based image analysis
Items Transferred: Device ID, photos, analysis results, and IP-based regional information
4. Retention and Disposal of Information
Scanned Images: Deleted immediately after analysis if 'Secret Mode' is active. If inactive, images are encrypted and stored for your portfolio management until a deletion request is made.
Analysis Results & Device ID: Retained until you request account deletion or withdraw from the service. Data is disposed of without delay once the purpose is achieved.
5. Third-Party Disclosure and Affiliate Notice
The Company does not sell your personal information. We share data only with essential providers: AWS, OpenAI, AdMob, and Firebase.
Affiliate Disclosure: The Company may participate in affiliate marketing programs and may receive a commission on purchases made through links within the App (e.g., via Impact.com).
6. User Rights
6.1 Data Deletion and Export: You may permanently delete all data or export your history as a CSV file via the Settings menu (e.g., [Settings] > [Account Management] > [Delete Account]).
6.2 Ad and Marketing Settings: You may update your ad privacy preferences and opt-out of marketing push notifications at any time in the Settings menu.
6.3 Global Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA): If you reside in the EU, California (U.S.), or other applicable regions, you have the right to request access, correction, deletion (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, and data portability of your personal information. 7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Users must confirm they are at least 13 years old during the initial consent process.
8. Security Measures
The Company implements technical safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, to ensure the security of your data.
9. Changes to This Policy
The Company may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated policy within the App.
